Affect Inspire and Mentor (AIM) is a non-government organization dedicated to empowering orphaned girls in northern Ghana who haven't had the opportunity to attend school. We believe every girl deserves a chance to reach her full potential.

What do we offer
Affect Inspire and Mentor (AIM)inclusion program is to inspire orphaned girls who are school dropouts or did not get the opportunity to go school. We underwent research in rural communities in the northern part of Ghana to find out if this situation still exists. Yes ! There are more of such cases in deprieved communities. We are empowering four of these girls in apprenticeship!

All girls stay in a rented apartment
We provide comfortable housing in a rented apartment, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Provision of Basic Needs
We provide them all their basic needs such as food , accommodation, electricity, water and many more

Provision of Equipments
We equip them with the tools they need to succeed, providing them equipments for vocational training.

Mentorship
Our dedicated mentors guide them through personal and reproductive health education, along with navigating daily life challenges.
Our Vision
Our long-term goal is to create a permanent home and skills training center. This center will provide a nurturing environment where girls can learn diverse skills aligned with their interests, empowering them to build brighter futures.
